Mindful Mondays

When? Mondays 6.10pm – 7.25pm

Where?  St Hilda’s East Community Centre (3 minutes from Shoreditch High Street Station)

Cost? £10 drop in – £6 concessions – 10 class pass £75/£50 – first class £5

Where? The Signal Box Centre, (5 minutes from railway station)

Cost? £7 drop in – £5 concessions

Cambridge Course

Mindfulness – The Basics – A 6 Week Course

Starts Tuesday 20th Feb 7.45 -9.30pm

New to Mindfulness? You are welcome to the weekly class but this course will give you a great foundation in the basic mindfulness practices and help you to establish a daily mindfulness routine. Numbers are limited to ensure plenty of time for individual support and feedback.
