Offering mindfulness meditation in a workplace is a great way to help everyone deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life and grow their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and general well-being.

The Options

Taster sessions

Introduce mindfulness through one-off taster sessions. These are flexible in length and experiential and engaging, giving people immediate take-aways to improve their well-being.

Flexible Courses

People can learn mindfulness over 4-8 weeks with bespoke courses tailored to suit the needs of the workplace.

Themed courses

As well as general mindfulness courses, courses can address specific challenges such as building healthy relationships and managing stress.

Regular classes

Offering an ongoing class is a great way to make mindfulness accessible and effective in the workplace. It allows for the word to spread and to gradually build a mindful culture.
